Relaxation Techniques
Among the numerous varieties of relaxation methodologies & practices, Deep Conscious Relaxation is probably the best. Although quite ancient, Deep Relaxation has recently been popularized by many, especially by Herbert Benson in The Relaxation Response and in Jon Kabat Zinn’s works, among others. This technique is inexpensive, easy to learn, and produces results on the border of miraculous. To rejuvenate and restore oneself or even “heal” various places in one’s body-mind-spirit, Deep Relaxation, practiced with conscious awareness, is one of the most beneficial self-healing methods available.
