Nutritional Counseling
Nutritional Counseling is used as a guideline for optimal health and physical well-being.` Every person has a unique set of chemical needs which allows his or her body to express its true potential. It is the role of the Clinical Nutritionist to determine a client’s needs and develop a program to address them. This may involve simple dietary changes to more complete use of vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc.
Daily, we experience more stresses and demands on our bodies, increasing our nutritional needs. Too many of us are following diets that are not adequate to meet those needs, leaving us fatigued, bloated, in pain, irritable and depressed.
Nutritional support has been successfully used in the treatment of food allergies, Candida, blood sugar problems, and various other limiting physical and emotional conditions.
